Mr. O’Hagan is presently a director of Triple Flag Valuable Metals and Rigel Useful resource Acquisition Corp. He was a board member and Chair of the Compensation Committee of Stillwater Mining from 2015 to 2017 till its sale to Sibanye Gold. He’s a graduate of the College of Toronto, Trinity School (BA) and holds an MA from the Johns Hopkins College Faculty of Superior Worldwide Research (SAIS). He serves on the advisory board of Johns Hopkins SAIS and is a board member of World Bicycle Aid, a social enterprise working in sub-Saharan Africa.
